As part of a digital modernization strategy, this global leader sought to redesign its website. The priority was to improve both the user experience and contributor experience by optimizing content management and deploying the platform internationally (for around 40 local sites).
About the project
Project Objective
The main goal was to create a scalable platform, easy to manage and adaptable to the multiple needs of internal users and clients. The site needed to:
- Integrate flexible and modular content management.
- Enable simplified deployment across multiple countries.
- Facilitate CRM tool integration for customer interaction management.
- Offer personalized tools such as a carbon emissions calculator and an interactive map.
Solutions Provided
- Modular Development with Blocks: We implemented a library of about 40 reusable blocks, allowing flexible content management and the creation of an almost infinite number of pages without additional development.
- Simplified International Content Management and Deployment: Using the TMGMT method and custom modules developed by us, the initial deployment to 40 countries was facilitated, along with long-term content modifications.
- Role Management: A highly customized role system was put in place to manage content access and security. Different moderation states were implemented to ensure content changes go through approval before being published.
- CRM Integration: Around ten forms are now connected to CRM tools (Salesforce and Pardot), simplifying lead management and customer interactions.
- Interactive Map with Filters: We developed an interactive map allowing users to quickly locate agencies around the world based on specific criteria.
- Carbon Emissions Calculator: We created a tool allowing users to estimate their CO2 emissions based on their logistics needs.
