In 2016, Saham Group, accustomed to major media communication devices, innovates with an institutional campaign designed by the digital agency VOID around the tagline "What is essential for you?". Ably combining press and digital, social activation and community management in a system that gives pride of place to the group's five businesses (insurance, assistance, real estate, education and health), the campaign puts forward the values of this international group (excellence, ethics and innovation) in a series of videos relayed in Morocco, Africa and the Middle East.
About the project
The animated campaign on social networks made it possible to decompartmentalize the institutional communication of the group, and to speak in a less formal, more interactive way. The key was to ensure editorial consistency by capitalizing on a precise editorial planning, a bilingual community management and the creation of video content widely relayed.
African Internet users have a head start on businesses: they have clearly adopted the social web. Since 2016, Saham Group is present on Facebook and LinkedIn: the brand interacts with its fans, reconfigures its communication around sharing and conversation, and federates today around its values, its news and its commitment a community prospects, clients and potential candidates in Morocco, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Gabon.
