About the project
CDG Capital has undertaken a vast digital transformation project whose customer experience is the cornerstone. This digitization project aims to streamline customer journeys between the physical and digital touch points ("phygids") and to exploit the full potential offered by the digitization of processes and tools in terms of exchange and reporting with customers. The design of the CDG Capital customer journey involves understanding the main customer segments (what they do, do not do and why), the detection of key moments, the identification of irritants in the customer's journey, but also the analysis of points that weaken the fidelity or the attachment to the customer's brand.
One of the first stones in the edifice of the digital transformation of the bank was to create a new digital platform: Cdgcapital.ma This is a multi-target showcase, dynamic and modern. Through a strategy of content with high added value, an optimized structure and a responsive design, the site makes it possible to highlight the businesses of the bank and its commitments for a better future.
