To support its operations in Spain, SGS ITV launched a digital transformation initiative for its online portal, seeking to enhance its vehicle inspection booking system, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The decision was made to upgrade the existing portal from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9, and eventually to Drupal 10, to leverage the platform’s powerful content management, scalability, and flexibility.
