Fast, Easy and Personal Access to Legal Aid

The Oregon State Bar approached Chapter Three to redesign its Oregon Law Help website. They wanted a site that was more personalized and user-friendly, so residents could have easy access to legal self-help information, referrals to legal aid organizations and lawyers.

Chapter Three worked closely with the Oregon State Bar, conducting many workshops and strategy sessions to develop a content strategy and information architecture that included both self-directed pathways and a guided questionnaire that produces customized results. We also created a new visual design identity and new logo. With the new site launched in early 2024, we have now moved into the support phase, and will continue partnering with the Oregon Law Help team to maintain, enhance, and build new features over time.
