It was a comprehensive process of development and implementation within the organization to ensure that the institutional website became secure, robust, and compliant with applicable laws, specifically the provisions of Colombia's Transparency and Access to Public Information Law, for an entity managing a significant number of procedures and services for citizens.
The entire development cycle met institutional expectations and bridged the gap in content management for those responsible for producing and publishing information. It highlighted valuable information on services and programs for beneficiaries, presented in clear language and through a user-friendly interface.
We achieved a significant milestone within the framework of the GOVCO strategy by addressing various innovation challenges, which we hope the organization will implement for public access.
