Our company has developed the website for publishing complaints from all over the country, so called Electronic Book of Complaints of Ukraine.
There are the following sections on the website: complaints, news, projects, write a complaint.
The user has the opportunity to write a complaint, support the project through transfer of money, read the list of published complaints.
A convenient personal account has been developed for journalists, where they can get to know the list of complaints by selected categories / cities with information about the complainants in order to cover and resolve the submitted complaints.
The website is fully adapted to mobile devices.
Why Drupal was chosen
We have used Drupal to provide the customer with a flexible enterprise marketing platform that is easy to manage and provides a great-looking user experience.
By creating the Glyanec web studio, we were looking for a CMS that would be able to provide our clients with a sufficient level of security and protection, but at the same time would be moved up in the Internet and would not conflict with adaptive design. We have found all these qualities in Drupal.
