We accompany SACD (Société des Auteurs et Compositeurs Dramatiques) in the design and the development of its digital ecosystem. The new portal sacd.fr centralizes all the advice and services dedicated to authors-producers-broadcasters. It is a site open to the general public that demonstrates the action and commitment of the institution to defend copyright. It is also a personal space to advise and serve members in the management and distribution of their rights.
About the project
Understanding the problems facing the authors, has allowed us to create, with the teams of the SACD, an adapted user experience that establishes a relationship of trust and conveys the modernism of this French institution founded in 1777.
More than a set of pages, an interface is above all a multitude of user journeys. By identifying its key pathways, we have been able to overhaul the entire information architecture to facilitate navigation and consultation of content.
In a redesign project of this magnitude, it is essential to focus on high added value features. That's why we design prototyped wireframes in order to have the interface tested by users in a real-life situation.
We accompany the SACD in deploying its user centric approach. From planning to execution and to restitution, we set up user test sessions to check the performance of the interface. The proximity of the institution to the authors offers an exceptional opportunity to improve online services.
