About the project
How do you digitize technologies for mental health?
Through user experience and a thoughtful customer journey, the transformation from EEG to BeeMedic is evident not only technically but also visually on the new website with a new corporate design.
By implementing good processes, we questioned, optimized, and adapted processes, and connected external systems (such as the webshop for medical products and treatment equipment). With one single goal: to provide visitors with a consistent and pleasant buyer journey.
Through impressive content, alongside the attractive product portfolio in the webshop, the informative event calendar offers the opportunity to efficiently register for courses or webinars worldwide.
Our approach - Think Global
To reach a globally distributed audience, digital channels need multilingualism and localization. At launch, content was provided in three languages: German, English, and French.
To maximize success in the international market, individual target groups must be considered. Therefore, a new content strategy had to be developed, along with corresponding new components. The flexibility of Drupal's "Paragraphs" module helps our developers and BeeMedic editors alike to produce as many different types of content as possible with high quality consistently.

Special challenges
The project brought a few challenges with it. A new look and feel were consistently implemented system-wide. Legacy content could not be lost and was reliably imported from the old system using the Migrate API. Third-party providers offering corresponding interfaces were connected via the SOAP API, among others, and professional caching in conjunction with the decoupled system ensures smooth operation under the hood.
In summary - Our conclusion
Less is more - especially in the medical industry. Sometimes it is more important to focus than to get lost in versatility. Highly specialized products and a finely defined target group require a special strategy to ensure long-term success. Through individual consulting in digital marketing, KPIs, as well as growth opportunities, we were able to provide support.
Attractive product placements via the secure webshop and informative course, event, and webinar calendars offer visitors to the BeeMedic website a special user experience that is nevertheless GDPR-compliant.
To match this, we focused completely on Drupal and fully utilized its capabilities. With many community modules, we have created a powerful marketing website.
