This release includes Re-enabling the ability to set default values for Google Consent Mode v2 (https://www.drupal.org/project/cookiebot_gtm/issues/3408156) which includes a configuration form where users can set whether it is enabled and what the default values should be and the project info file was also updated to include Drupal version 11 (https://www.drupal.org/project/cookiebot_gtm/issues/3429577).
