• Updated code to work with Drupal 11, PHP 8.2 as well as deprecated functions in 8.1.
• Fixes problem with the Reject All feature.
• Includes improved documentation about the Drupal.eu_cookie_compliance event listener implementation.
• Improves behavior for sites that have the cookie banner at the top of the page and not fixed.
• Declares upgrade status from Drupal 7.
• Adds config schema for eu_cookie_compliance.settings.dependencies.
• Improves display of buttons on mobile (in earlier versions, they might display on top of another).
• Improves handling of scripts that are located in the public folder.
• Improves integration with the Smart IP module.

Fixes a bug in parsing configuration logic.

Note: The release provides an update hook, so after drush updb, you will need to export your configuration.
