This is a hotfix release, fixing an issue where search requests sometimes didn't release a mysql lock.

No other changes since 7.x-4.6.

This release introduces the following:

* A setting that enables/disables the module, a feature that's sometimes useful for local development. See the README for details.
* Fixes a PHP 8.1 deprecation warning.
