wysiwyg 6.x-2.8

Note: The D6 version is no longer receiving officially listed releases as D6 is EOL. This goes out only because the code is still very similar to the D7 version and it's relatively easy to do. There is no guarantee these will keep coming. (This release is feature wise mostly the same as 7.x-2.6).

This release accidentally uses the new array syntax so is not compatible with PHP 5.3. Please follow [#3068559] for news. The 6.x-2.x -dev snapshot has now reverted to the long syntax but there won't be a new release just for this.
