Add support for Automatic Pulling of Translations. In the provider configuration, it is possible to set frequency with which translations will be pulled. Note that:

• this feature depends on the global cron settings in Drupal (i. e., if you have a global setting to run cron every hour, the automatic pulling will run at most every hour
• clearing the cache will likely be required before the first run of the automatic pulling
