symfony_mailer 2.0.0-beta1

Summary

The 2.x branch fixes many key issues, which won't be backported to 1.x (apart from regressions). There are various API and data-structure changes, see change records. There are update hooks, so apart from custom modules the upgrade should pretty much work automatically.

There will be no more non-BC changes. This release is ready for cautious use on live sites subject to thorough testing first.
