Enables the display of all search results (content, users, etc.) on a single results page.
Search All produces a new default search tab, "All", which shows results for all the enabled search types. For example, if Taxonomy Search is enabled as well as content and user searching, the main results page will show results for content, users, and taxonomy terms.
