Various small bug fixes:

Preserve newly-set node permissions during Preview
Search: Handle missing session data more gracefully
When saving a node, fix the update of the list of permitted users when there are no groups
Fix an edge case where searching based on page permissions in a negative fashion could miss some results
Fix a WSOD for a couple of invalid router paths
Make the requirements for various menu routes more explicit
