klaro 3.0.0-rc9

This ist the 9th Release Candidate for next stable release 3.0.0 with only two changes. Please see changelog for RC8 also.

Notes

If you are using composer.libraries.json, please update to this version and skip rc8.

The wording for "apps" changed - they are now called "services". So the links in the admin area changed also.

Following issues are fixed:

• Issue #3485035: Wording: use "Service" instead of "App" consequently.
• Issue #3485035: Revised and harmonized texts. If updating the config-texts do not change.
• Issue #3485055: Re-enable the composer.libraries.json for backwards compatibility.
