klaro 3.0.0-rc10

This ist the 10th Release Candidate for next stable release 3.0.0 with several changes.

Changes:

• The default style is light now after install and button colors are adapted to Olivero (see #3484996).
• The new silent mode (no consent, only blocking) is default in config after install (#3484938).
• The toggle button is disabled by default after install (see #3484938).

New Features:

• Added silent mode with no consent, only blocking (see #3484938).
• Added preprocess_field() for field formatter HTML (module html_field_formatter) (see #3485286).
• Added several service-templates for social media platforms (see #3485286).
• Read thumbnail and title from data-attribute for contextual consent (see #3486631).
• Added optionally close-Button (x) for modal forms (see #3485880).

Following bugs are fixed:

• #3483397: Encode and decode special UTF8-chars before working with HTML
• #3403658: Fixed bug for changing klaro texts.
• #3488390: Fixed bug: oEmbed broken for multi-language sites.

Database updates

• Clear cache may be needed according to changes in service constructor.
• Database updates are needed for some config changes.
