Major improvement included with ETUF 2.0.12, not only does this module provide content editing capabilities of all languages at once in the source interface language, there's now a new configuration option "Replace node edit" available from the /admin/config/regional/content-language for each content bundle to provide equal editing functionality in all interface languages. With this option enabled ANY interface language is able to edit ALL fields of all translations of an entity. "Fields that apply to all languages are hidden to avoid conflicting changes" is resolved by the "Replace node edit" option! Special thanks to Barry Zaher for this solution.
