Hopefully, final RC before a 1.0!!

We have the following changes:

Issue #3542343: Removed unused StringTranslationTrait from FormHooks service
Issue #3541716 by vishal.kadam: Update .module file doc comment

and won’t it be lovely when we use just one issue comment standard ;-)

One thing left on my mind before a 1.0 release was something I saw about a PHPStan error about not finding a formProvider class but I couldn’t reproduce it.

Oh - and go test the release!!
