The project aimed to revamp Shaqra University’s portal by transitioning it from SharePoint to Drupal, ensuring a modern, scalable, and user-centric digital platform. This transformation focused on improving usability, enhancing content accessibility, and optimizing site performance to meet the university’s strategic goals.

The redevelopment of Shaqra University's portal delivered a comprehensive and modern platform, achieving several key outcomes:
- Academic Services: Dedicated sections for student and faculty resources, including academic programs, course details, and admission information, streamline access to essential educational content.
- Administrative Efficiency: Improved communication channels and the ability to access a wide range of university entities, including 33 administrative units, 5 deanships, and various specialized agencies and centers.
