Organizations Involved

Peninsula Regional Health System (PRHS), Nanticoke and McCready Hospitalsare healthcare systems that serve residents on the Delmarva Peninsula, the area made up of coastal Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. These three entities recently merged and launched a new brand — TidalHealth. Inclind has been a long time trusted development partner of PRHS, so the marketing team turned to us to merge these entities into one Drupal website and integrate designs provided by TidalHealth’s creative agency.

About the project

Merging Three Systems into One
While this is still a work in progress, the new website is now the hub for the three health systems with the challenge of helping the audience adapt to the change and still access the content they are looking for. Urgent Care wait times, medical record access and other third party applications are either integrated or accessible from this main hub.

Ongoing Improvements
After launch on September 1, usability is being monitored and evaluated and features are iterated upon to improve the user experience on an ongoing basis. The launch of a new healthcare system brand is a big change and the team is collecting feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

More Content Control
Inclind incorporated the Gutenberg content editor so that the marketing team can build rich layouts using custom features without relying on a designer or developer.

Why Drupal was chosen

The Peninsula Regional Health System’s website was on Drupal 7 so the plan was to upgrade that website to serve as the platform for the redevelopment and rebrand.
