About the project

A Simplified Experience to Ensure Quality Experiences

As customer experiences continue to evolve and become ever more important to organizations of all sizes, the ability to quickly analyze, understand, and reach users has become increasingly essential in order to drive growth and improve brand reputation.

With the official release of Siteimprove's enhanced Drupal CMS module, subscribers of services in the Siteimprove Intelligence Platform are now equipped to conveniently review and analyze pre-published checks on pages across a variety of optimization tools. This capability empowers teams to publish error-free content the first time and manage content policy standards, at scale, and is a major step forward in efficiency and maintaining quality digital experiences across even the most complex platforms.

Optimized to Increase Efficiency

Appearing as a small overlay box, the module seamlessly integrates between Siteimprove and Drupal, streamlining workflow efficiencies for web teams, reducing time-to-market for content, and ensuring informed changes that protect brands from content errors that could impact user experience. Page performance analytics and accessibility issues are also presented among others, driving improved digital strategies to aid in conversions, bridging the information gap between departments, and assuring compliance with accessibility standards.

Additionally organizations can use the module to check if unpublishing a page will have a negative impact on SEO, or the overall customer journey. For example, if users would lose access to important documents, features, or links. If the module identifies any potential issues, teams will be able to make informed decisions if they decide to unpublish a page.

Outcomes

Organizations are positioned to more quickly understand and address how their digital entities are performing, where they stand in regards to compliance, maintain and improve customer trust, and operate with forward looking strategies that involve less reactionary responses to content quality issues.

Why Drupal was chosen

Drupal's content-first marketing features and scalability stood out with the original module release, and its wide adoption across industries will enable more content owners to get the most out of the upgraded module. Drupal’s flexibility is a perfect fit for mid-sized organizations in the education, government, and non-profit sectors, for example, as well as scaling for larger, more complex enterprise-level integrations.

Siteimprove and FFW are passionate about bringing this enhanced module to market to empower organizations of all sizes to have improved digital oversight and to more easily publish quality content that is accessible, secure, and compliant for all users. Drupal has always been a means to those ends.
