Beyond a surface level website redesign, ServerScan set out to transform their business in response to changing market demands. Moving from a proprietary CMS to an open source platform, Drupal , presented a breakthrough opportunity to improve performance, scalability, and reporting.

The Drupal 7 site was having some critical issues with the design. It was complicated for the nontechnical users. The PCI Scanning Information pages were overwhelming, particularly for a new user. Serverscan wanted to develop a more streamlined approach that prioritizes (within a category) the scanning problems most commonly experienced by people.
Approach
Security and User Authentication:
To overcome the information storage issue, LN Webworks developers provided an additional layer of security with a combination of modules and settings to meet enterprise security requirements. A Drupal custom module was designed to secure the process.
Clearly Organized, Interactive UX:
An interactive map and reimagined user data directory present a clear, informative view of the organizational structure.This provides a faster way to access required information with a broad range of search terms from first and last name.
Easy Authoring and Site Administration:
Intuitive WYSIWYG and flexible workflows, addition of user training sessions that empowered site editors to take ownership of regular updates. A comprehensive reference guide was developed to walk site admins through relevant updates, such as main menu items and homepage content blocks like latest news, blog posts etc.

We relied on our core technical strength and devised a solution that was expected from us. There were 5 developers who were dedicatedly working on this project with the immense dexterity. Backed by the extensive experience of Drupal CMS and plethora of custom enhancements available with Drupal, we devised a perfect solution in accordance with user's requirements .
The features like enhanced security, uninterrupted data storage were provided for the assured success of the platform.

LN Webworks built a flexible and scalable platform to transform Monotype’s digital experience and Improved website loading speed under the 2-second threshold for better customer experience.
