It is used by all major universities in Norway.

Why Drupal was chosen

Drupal was chosen for its flexible permission system, secure reputation and performance.

There is also a requirement for all content to be multilingual, and Drupal 8 made that very easy for us.

Why these modules/theme/distribution were chosen

- There was a requirement for making the site available offline.
- The roles should be separated, but securely structured, and with possibility to administer on their own.
- It should be possible to authenticate with the Norwegian identity provider FEIDE
