In the continuity of its mission of health operator, Elsan, 1st group of private health establishments in France, proposes to make available to patients and the general public a large catalog of health and well-being products. It is in this context that VOID, Elsan's historical partner, accompanies it on this end-to-end project, from the reflection on brand identity to the development of the e-commerce platform.

About the project

Essential steps in creating a store: the definition of the architecture of the offer and the design of the customer experience. They are even more important for an e-commerce site, with a competition called Amazon, Cdiscount or Leclerc and where the ROI and KPIs are immediately measurable: number of orders, average basket, conversion rate and withdrawal rates… The agency focused on understanding the rules of this new market and the behavior and needs of an online pharmacy client. This study results in the setting up of a catalog based on the clarity of the offer, the search for products by needs and on the advice and proximity.

The agency has created the identity of the Pharmaceo.fr offer. First, by looking for a name through a series of studies of semantics, association of ideas and many workshops with Elsan teams. Then once the name found, by creating a visual identity and including a particular logo and codes of expression.
