The Market Research Society (MRS) is the UK’s professional body for research, insight, and analytics. Representing over 5,000 individual members and 500+ companies, MRS champions best practice, supports professional development, and sets standards for the industry.

About the project

MRS’s evolving Drupal site had a cluttered structure, diluted messaging, difficult navigation, and a back-end that hindered efficient content editing. The platform needed both a UX refresh and a technical upgrade.

Requirements

  • Re-position MRS as a leader by creating an “Experts” area
  • Simplify user journeys and streamline navigation
  • Improve the internal Admin Experience (AX)
  • Preserve and extend existing integration with the Training Management System (TMS)
