About the project
Basically website is a classic ECommerce platform for a big retail company.
It serves as a marketplace of produced goods.
Among “non-classic Ecommerce features” there are:
- user permission system, with multiple roles and accesses to manage all the purchase / delivery process from dashboards;
- Commerce + Solr + Custom code products characteristics system (allows to add the characteristics which are turned into Solr facets later);
- online payment + 1C integration are the further milestones
Platform is aimed mostly on European audience.
Modern Expo own servers are used for hosting.
