The Accor Hotels Group is launching a new hotel offer: JO&JOE. This new economic brand, whose digital strategy, branding and mobile application have been designed by VOID agency, is intended primarily for "millennials". Offering rooms for 2 to 5 people, it will have 50 addresses by 2020 in the heart of cities like Paris, Bordeaux, Warsaw, Budapest, Rio, Sao Paulo ... With an offbeat design, an innovative digital ecosystem and its catering offe, JO&JOE presents itself as an "Open House" accessible to both guests and neighbors offering various activities (concerts, yoga classes, etc.).
About the project
The mobile app is the key to the JO&JOE experience. It allows the community to share their moods, their good plans and consume freely in a totally dematerialized way. "No Cash, No Clash! "
Illustration, animation and gamification are a universal language. "Lost in translation" does not exist in the JO&JOE vocabulary. Signage, emojis, and humor are shared codes. They allow everyone to always find themselves at home, whatever the culture in which the hurrain explorer is immersed.
The digital device of JO & JOE is a laboratory of new ideas and customer experiences. We are evolving the site and the app according to the opening of the institutions around the world (test and learn).
