iCIMS Apigee Portal

Internet Collaborative Information Management Systems (iCIMS) is a cloud-based human resources and recruiting software company. Its Talent Cloud product provides employers with solutions to build, retain, and scale their workforce. Its developer portal integrates customers’ custom apps and third-party vendor solutions with Talent Cloud by providing in-depth documentation for its Apply Framework, Marketplace Integrations, iCIMS Product Portfolio, and Platform. 

Because Chapter Three has extensive experience building developer portals with Apigee's Kickstart platform, iCIMS came to us to fix issues with, and improve upon, its Apigee developer portal. The portal’s single sign-on (SSO) integration did not work properly and rendered documentation poorly. We repaired SSO, fixed the OpenAPI widget, and cleaned up some layout issues, optimizing their existing portal and taking advantage of several Kickstart features that had not been utilized. Once we completed the priority work, we did some additional site clean-up, before getting to work on new features.
