A new corporate website for Elior Group
Founded in 1991, Elior Group is a recognized player in catering and services within the business, education, healthcare, and leisure sectors. The Group relies on a business model built around innovation and social responsibility.
We have been administering and maintaining the Elior Group's site factory since 2018. It is managed by the Aegir console. This corporate website redesign project constitutes the third installation profile designed and developed by our team.

About the project
Website goals
- Modernize its image;
- Convey its focus on an innovation-driven approach;
- Strengthen its commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
The development
The main focus of efforts was on the spirit of shared development with other installation profiles. The technical team notably:
- Adapted the Paragraphs module configurations by offering 23 paragraph types that serve as both a variation in content integration and a library of blocks.
- Proposed an integrated installation profile on the Aegir platform.
- Established a content recovery plan primarily for legal and regulatory content (press releases, financial information...).
- Created a service to retrieve recipes from the FoodForGood website based on a combined taxonomy.
UX and UI Design
The selected proposal draws inspiration from the latest Elior Group activity report, combining illustrations and photos.
The proposed choices include:
- The use of solid colors with softened hues to enhance readability.
- Pairing serif typography for titles - DM Serif - and sans-serif typography - General Sans - to align with Elior's logo.
- Incorporating separators from the brochure to delineate blocks.
- Streamlining interfaces to avoid page clutter, especially on mobile devices.
- Blending photographs and illustrations.
The theme, based on Emulsify, allowed the frontend team to work in accordance with the atomic design requirements decided during the design phase (components generated by Storybook).
