About the project
Goal
Our customer’s website was in need of major renovations for a new, modern user experience. The old website lacked E-Commerce functionality so clients had to buy directly from the supplier. The main goal of this project was to develop a personalized, scalable and transparent E-Commerce platform that would deliver a simple buying process for their product range. They wanted the platform to manage a large number of products, easy navigation for the customers, as well as operational efficiency, was their priority.
Results & Benefits
Indrivo built a fully customized bespoke Digital Shop, which not only offers outstanding user comfort, manages all stock, customer accounts, delivery details, payment methods, but also drives relevant traffic to the site and grows online sales. The website is designed to ensure the processing of new customer orders generated from desktop as well as mobile devices.
Our customer now has a website that accurately reflects them as a heritage business with a fantastic history, but also as an advanced company with major ambitions to grow using the latest web technologies.
Why Drupal was chosen
In order to provide the required functionalities, our team developed a complete multi-vendor E-Commerce website with the help of Drupal 9 and Drupal Commerce. These implementations offered a more structured back-end for optimal data management and a well-organized front-end dashboard which helps the website stay competitive and work smooth. Admins will have all controls to manage online store front-end. We also integrated APIs with various Order Management Systems, product management systems and payment providers.
