About the project
Challenge
The Buildyourhome.be website existed in Drupal 7. It had a heavy technological debt: it had limited functionality and user experience. Migrating content and improving the user experience posed significant challenges, requiring a complete rewrite in Drupal 10.
Solution
The new version of Build Your Home was developed in Drupal 10, with a focus on improving the user experience and integrating REST APIs for real-time management of company data and requests for quotation. The site has also benefited from significant SEO optimization and a revision of its design to improve navigation.

The company search engine allows individuals to find a company based on a wide range of criteria.
Data quality
The companies present on the site are Embuild members, are guaranteed not to have any social or fiscal debts and are active. In addition, the companies displayed on the site can edit their data through the members portal, in order to present up-to-date and reliable information at all times.
Request for quotation
Individuals can be put in touch with dozens of companies by filling out a simple form describing their building project. Contacted companies have the opportunity to respond to requests for offers via their member portal. A company scoring system has been set up to promote the visibility of the most active companies on Build your Home.

Resources and news are regularly published on the site. This content helps individuals to carry out their construction or renovation project correctly
