About the project
We took over this project when it ran on Drupal 8 and a custom-built commerce solution. The client wanted a more flexible system and to expand to new markets while the ERP system had to be replaced as well.
- We migrated from a legacy commerce platform to Drupal Commerce
- We upgraded the platform to Drupal 9 and soon will upgrade to Drupal 10
- We expanded multilingual support, multi-country with different tax and shipping options
- We turned to a multi-domain setup
- We standardized and optimized B2B and B2C e-commerce
- We added features such as discounting options (coupons and more)

- ERP integrations connecting 3 separate legal entities: manufacturing, wholesale, retail.
