The ANFA (National Association for Automotive Training) entrusted us with the redesign of its job board, JobToMove.
This ambitious project aims to connect candidates and recruiters in the automotive services sector through a modern platform perfectly tailored to the needs of its target audience.
Our scope of work: UX design, UI design, development, content migration, API & ATS connector integration, hosting, and maintenance.
About the project
Providing a public-interest service for recruiters and candidates
With the goal of positioning the new platform as the go-to job board for the automotive services sector, we focused on functionality and navigation. The aim was to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience, simplifying the often cumbersome processes of job searching and recruitment. Designed with a mobile-first approach, the platform is perfectly optimized for smartphone use, the preferred tool of many candidates.

Making job searching easier for candidates
- Multi-criteria search engine (job type, location, experience, vehicle type, degree).
- Personalized alerts based on search preferences.
- Detailed company profiles.
- Comprehensive candidate profile management: CV, degrees, skills.
- Simplified application process with the “one-click apply” feature.
Streamlining recruitment processes
- Job posting, editing, and tracking.
- Bookmarking favorite candidates.
- CV search engine to quickly identify qualified talent.
- Personalized alerts for new applications.
- Internal messaging system for direct communication with candidates.

Centralizing automotive job listings from third-party job boards and ATS
Beyond the jobs posted on JobToMove, the site aggregates external listings from third-party job boards, such as France Travail, as well as ATS systems like Cegid TalentSoft, Digital Recruiter, TeamTailor, TalentPlug, SmartRecruiters, Flatchr, Beetween, HelloWork, Intuition, and more to come.

Designed and tested to meet the needs of candidates and recruiters
Workshops with ANFA and specialized stakeholders helped define strategic directions to address the specific needs of each audience (recruiters and candidates). This process led to the creation of the site’s architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and user testing. User testing provided qualitative feedback by observing real user interactions with prototypes, with responses praising the clean interface and seamless navigation.

An accessible platform, compliant with RGAA
The site was designed according to RGAA accessibility standards, achieving a 92% compliance score in our ARA audit. This ensures smooth and inclusive navigation, including for users with disabilities.
